Australian developer Paper House has released the first trailer for their upcoming game, Wood & Weather, which may or may not release before 2050.
Paper House previously released Paperbark, which I loved, and if you listened to any Explosion Network podcasts over the years, you would have heard me mention it multiple times. Wood & Weather does not star a wombat, but I’ll forgive that, and instead, you play as an ethereal blue hand, which is my favourite type of protagonist.
Check out the trailer for Wood & Weather below.
“Wood & Weather is a single-player god-game set in a wooden toy city. Make friends and control the weather as an ethereal blue hand in a surprising little open world. 🌤 🌦 ⛈ ❄️ ☂️ 🍃”
I hope the game releases sooner than 2050, but I’m willing to wait that long if needed to play Wood & Weather. Are you keen to check this one out? Let me know in the comment section below.
