SteelSeries has announced an expansion to their Arctis Nova line of gaming headsets this morning with Arctis Nova 7, Arctis Nova 3 and Arctis Nova 1 line of headsets.

All three Nova headsets will be step-ups from the previous range of headsets, and SteelSeries has said they’re building upon the feedback they received earlier in the year. Although there’s not too much to complain about: I gave the wired SteelSeries Arctis Pro Nova a 9.5/10 in my review, and it’s still been my day-to-day PC headset of choice.

“From the moment you open the box for the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro’s, they feel and look like a premium product, and they come through with the sound quality to back that up.”

The most significant change with the Arctis Nova 7 appears to be the dual-connectivity, as it can now connect to a console/PC and a Bluetooth device simultaneously. The Arctis Nova 3 is a slightly cheaper headset that connects via USB-C to anything, while the Artis Nova 1 requires a 3.5mm jack.

Presumably, any of these could use the DAC if you already own one of the Arctis Nova headsets.

The Arctis Nova 7 will cost AU $399, the Arctis Nova 3 $199, while the Artics Nova 1 will only cost $139. None are available on Australian retailers’ pages, just thet, but they should be available for pre-order soon.
