The Game Expo 2027 introduces TGX: Dark Mode, an 18+ Melbourne afterparty
The Game Expo is introducing a new adults-only after-party for its 2027 Melbourne event, TGX: Dark Mode, adding an extra evening programme to the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
The 18+ event will take place in the MCEC Courtyard, transformed into an open-air bar. At the same time, the main exhibition hall will feature exclusive exhibitors, artists and a dedicated Dark Mode Main Stage.
The evening programme will include a Mortal Kombat D&D showcase, creator battles, a cosplay catwalk and live performances, alongside additional activities yet to be revealed.
Dark Mode will offer a different experience from the regular daytime convention, with separate passes available for the afterparty.
Tickets are now available on The Game Expo’s official website.
