Marvel has officially announced a new Ghost Rider film, with Ryan Gosling set to star.
The announcement was made during Marvel Studios‘ Hall H presentation at San Diego Comic-Con, where Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige was joined on stage by Gosling and director Shawn Levy.

This will be the first time Johnny Blaze aka Ghost Rider has made an appearance in the MCU. There were previously two films starring Nicolas Cage released in the early 2000’s.
Levy, who previously directed Deadpool & Wolverine and is also directing Star Wars: Starfighter, will direct the film from a script by Jonathan Tropper.
