And Yellow Brick Games was only founded in 2020 with many industry veterans who have worked on games like Dragon Age, Assassin’s Creed, and Tom Clancy’s Rainbox Six; their debut game will be an action RPG.

Michael Worosz, Executive Vice President and Head of Private Division, said the following regarding the recent acquisitions.

Die Gute Fabrik, Evening Star, Piccolo Studio, and Yellow Brick Games each have their own wildly diverse creative visions, and we’re thrilled to help introduce their games to the world.”

Private Division doesn’t expect these developers to launch any game until Take-Two’s Fisical Year 2024.
