After using the SlimQ 240w Charger for my gaming laptop when on the go for the past couple of years, I turned to SlimQ again, seeing the release of the F150 150w charger. As a person with multiple devices in my house, I find reliable and stable chargers a must. After contacting the team at SlimQ, I soon had a charger on its way, arriving in about a week or so, which was good over the Christmas period. The 240w USB-C to C comes with a charger, an international adapter kit, and an extension cable. I also grabbed the 240W USB-C LED Display Cable to ensure my device always gets the power I need.

After unwrapping the items, I put them to the test, first by charging my laptop and then other devices, then also putting it to work with everything plugged in, taking up the three USB-C ports were my laptop, iPad, and Steam deck on a dock, taking up the fourth port was my iPhone. Running them all under load, the F150 kept cool and produced enough power to keep them happy and charging efficiently. Drawing close to maximum loads, the device never overheats or shuts off.

The device proved its worth and has been moved into my testing area, serving my laptop and a JSAUX dock with power for months, pulling charges regularly between 100 and 120 Watts. As a laptop and travel unit, it has also serviced me when travelling and does not want to take a more extensive power brick; even if the SlimQ 240w unit is still small, it beats it in size and covers my power needs when travelling. It also allows me to use it with a dock and pass through the 100w charging, which is perfect when projecting my laptop onto a larger screen. The additional charging power meets my requirements when I have my iPad and iPhone to charge.

Overall, the F150 charger is above the specification for my daily charging routines and needs but performs exceptionally well. I recommend this device to users with increased capacity and charging needs. The device also has significant power support for MacBook and PC users, with a maximum power output of 140W. There are few devices outside its means of charging capabilities.
